This pilates and yoga classes studio does have modifications in the group classes that are helpful and appropriate for healing of hip replacements, hip imbalances, shoulder pains, neck tightness, shoulder replacements, arthritis, tendonitis, or any ongoing injuries, or pre-existing spine conditions, auto-immune conditions, as well as knee replacements. Please inform Gwen of your pre-existing condition and she can set up for you customized private classes, or personalized modifications in the public group classes.
